How lovely that your young daughter had the right words at the right time for you.Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06549453373381775445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2280184331853779442.post-63730690200418387892012-03-25T16:24:00.282-07:002012-03-25T16:24:00.282-07:00"But, I knew the real answers could be found ..."But, I knew the real answers could be found only in my heart." Isn't is amazing how we search for answers even when we already know them? It seems, sometimes, that stopping to listen to our heart, or gut, or whatever you hear, is sometimes just too scary, or painful, and the hope of finding a better answer in a book seems more comforting, even though it just delays the process. I love the wisdom of your little one. Sometimes I think we are so much smarter before we become influenced. I read it to all the grandkids when my mom died, and they drew pictures or wrote about the gifts that Grandma had given each of them.Ramonahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15929914252480696798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2280184331853779442.post-69742276017128959292012-03-25T15:41:52.649-07:002012-03-25T15:41:52.649-07:00You said what needed to be said for your kids. But to me the amazing thing about children is they do help those older and supposedly wiser find healing. I think much of it is because they do ask questions and express their love.Seneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12910008897042571707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2280184331853779442.post-14507662588802318472012-03-25T12:36:27.951-07:002012-03-25T12:36:27.951-07:00This is so true and you pose the question so beaut...This is so true and you pose the question so beautifully: How can it be that such a small heart can help heal the broken places in mine? They may be healing you but you have helped them handle this so honestly and I admire that.
